Cancellation Policy

To honor the time and preparation involved in each Generational Sharing Session, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling requests. - Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional charge. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will incur a fee equal to 10% of the scheduled session cost. - Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. - If a family member participating in the session experiences an illness or unexpected emergency, please reach out as soon as possible, and accommodations may be made on a case-by-case basis. Generational Sharing Sessions often involve coordinating multiple family members and reserving dedicated time for preparation, recording, and facilitation.
